I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma-informed somatic therapy and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in Ojai and Ventura, California. I am also a Level 2 trained PACT couples therapist. Beyond my credentials, I am deeply committed to supporting healing and transformation, and I find great fulfillment in walking alongside individuals and couples on their therapeutic journeys.

My relationship with therapy began in my early twenties, during a time when my life felt especially uncertain. A family member gently encouraged me to try therapy, and although I was nervous, I took the step. It became a turning point. Through a trusting relationship with my first therapist, I experienced deep healing and personal growth. Therapy felt like light entering a dark room—bringing understanding, compassion, and awareness to patterns I hadn’t fully seen before. With that support, I found the courage to apply to graduate school, motivated by a wish to offer others what I had received.

Hi. I’m Sigrid

Today, as a clinician who has worked in the field for over 15 years, I am continually grateful for the opportunity to partner with clients as they move toward growth and well-being. I meet each person where they are, prioritizing safety and trust as we navigate their inner landscape together. My goal is to support meaningful, lasting change and to help clients experience the transformative benefits of therapy.
